Registration for organisations
Notes on Registration
When registering for AIMday, you can sign up not only yourself but also other participants from your organization or company.
Please note that submitting a challenge is mandatory — the registration form cannot be completed until at least one challenge has been provided. One challenge is sufficient, but you are welcome to submit multiple challenges if you wish.
A challenge is an issue or topic within your chosen discussion theme where you seek new perspectives, expert insights, or practical solutions. The more specific your description, the better the discussion can address your needs.
Examples of challenges:
- Example: How can digital twin technology be leveraged to optimize industrial processes and predict maintenance needs while ensuring that workers can effectively interact with these systems, understand the insights, and make informed decisions that improve both operational efficiency and workplace safety?
- Example: How can machines and automation be implemented in industrial and service settings to reduce physical and cognitive strain on employees, ensuring that meaningful engagement, autonomy, and skill development are preserved, and what evidence or best practices support improvements in overall worker well-being?
Submitted challenges will be taken into account when finalizing the program and will be shared with facilitators to support group discussions.
To participate in AIMday you must register for the event. By registering for AIMday, please be aware that your information will be processed, in accordance with GDPR guidelines, to facilitate this AIMday. Read more what requested information is used for.
